What a great place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colleen’s and Matt’s house. The windows and trees hanging over the deck were my favorite parts of the house, I am a visual person. We grilled, soaked in the hot tub and had a few intense games of ping pong 😊. The surrounding area was beautiful and we walked around the lake, everyone was friendly. We went on a couple of hikes but didn’t want to leave the house for the most part. Colleen and Matt were very responsive and great hosts. I would highly recommend this rental.

We stayed at Colleen and Matt's house for a few days with our 3 children and our dog. The house has everything listed and is as described. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to feel at home in. The house was clean and spacious - we loved our stay! Our family loved spending time at the lake beach, fishing in the lake, playing on the playground and playing tennis and pickleball. The community amenities are all very well maintained. Colleen and Matt are excellent hosts - very responsive, great communication, helpful recommendations and very friendly. They share a digital information booklet which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend it for a peaceful family getaway. Some good recommendations for close by: Amazing coffee - Pocono Bean Delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch - Farmhouse Blakeslee Easy family hike/walk - Hawk Falls Thank you for having us to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Colleen and Matt were always responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our two days here and would happily stay again. Thank you for being a great host!

A 2 week stay in a beautiful house that immediately felt like home. Colleen and Matt were super responsive, considerate, and we loved everything about this visit to Kennett Square. We highly recommend this property!

Great way to end the summer. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely be back for some winter time activities!

The place was great and matched the description and photos. The sauna and hot tub worked great. Kids loved the play area and the bunk bed set up. Kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts responded almost immediately. Highly recommend this place.

The little touches in this place are really nice. They really thought of everything. From the fire starter to metal sticks to roast marshmallows outside to extra linens and all of the kitchen supplies you could need inside you really don't need to bring any extras. I had a small problem with the hot tub which they responded to and had fixed that same day. I would definitely stay with them again.
